Setup NetStar Network Information via RS-232 Control.

You will need to use RS-232 control to configure your NetStar's IP settings before you can you can communicate with the NetStar via web control.
To control the NetStar via RS-232, connect a DB9-Female to DB9-Female Null modem cable from a PC or Laptop's RS-232 port to the NetStar's Anc Data/Control port. Open a terminal emulator (Windows Hyper Terminal) with the following settings: Baudrate=9600, Parity = None, Stop Bits = 1.

Use the "net ip" command to do this.
