CDQPrima Support

CDQPrima Connection Problems: Internal TA101.
Can't establish connection on one or more lines.

  1. Reset TA and wait for "Reset OK".
  2. Check the NT1 and try again.
  3. Make sure SPIDS are entered correctly. Entering SPID #s
  4. Make sure ID #s are entered correctly. Entering ID #s
  5. Make sure Switch Type is entered correctly. Entering Switch Type
