Resetting Internal Terminal Adaptor
CDQPrima software version 27/6.27 and earlier, TA101 only:
- From the CDQPrima's Front Panel, select [Common] using the arrow keys and press
"Enter."
- Select [TA Setup] and press "Enter."
- Using the arrow keys, select [Reset] and press "Enter."
- For 100 Series Prima codecs, select [DIF12] and Press "Enter"
- For 200 Series Prima codecs, select [DIF12](for the bottom slot), [DIF34] (middle), or
[DIF56] (top)and press "Enter."
The reset operation takes 20 to 40 seconds to complete.
CDQPrima software version 28/6.28 and later, TA101, TA201 or TA301 :
- From the CDQPrima's Front Panel, select [Common] using the arrow keys and press
"Enter."
- Select [TA Setup] and press "Enter."
- Select [DIFs] and press "Enter."
- Select [DIF12] for Digital Interfaces 1 & 2, [DIF34] for Interfaces 3 & 4, etc.,and press
"Enter."
- Using the arrow keys, select [Reset] and press "Enter."
The reset operation takes 20 to 40 seconds to complete.

Entering SPID Numbers
CDQPrima software version 27/6.27 and earlier, TA101 only:
- From the CDQPrima's front fanel, select [Common] using the arrow keys and press
"Enter."
- Select [TA Setup] and press "Enter."
- Select [DIFs] and press "Enter."
- Using the arrow keys, select [SPID] and press "Enter."
- Select [1] for DIF1, [2] for DIF 2, etc., and press "Enter."
- Using the number keypad, enter the SPID Service Profile ID # (provided by your local
Telco.) and press "Enter."

- From the CDQPrima's front fanel, select [Common] using the arrow keys and press
"Enter."
- Select [TA Setup] and press "Enter."
- Select [DIFs] and press "Enter."

- Using the arrow keys, select [ID] and press "Enter."
- Select [1] for DIF1, [2] for DIF 2, etc., and press "Enter."
- Using the number keypad, enter the ID # , for the TA101, the ID number is the last 4 digits
of your 7 digit ISDN number, and press "Enter."
CDQPrima software version 28/6.28 and later, TA101, TA201 and TA301:
- From the CDQPrima's front fanel, select [Common] using the arrow keys and press
"Enter."
- Select [TA Setup] and press "Enter."
- Select [DIFs] and press "Enter."
- Select [DIF12], for Digital Interfaces 1 & 2, [DIF34], for Interfaces 3 & 4, etc. and press
"Enter."
- Using the arrow keys, select [ID] and press "Enter."
- Select [1] for DIF1, 2 for DIF 2, etc., and press "Enter."
- Using the number keypad, enter the ID # , for the TA101, the ID number is the last 4 digits
of your 7 digit ISDN number. For the TA201 and TA301, the ID number is the 7 digit
phone number (no area code).

Defining Digital Interfaces
- From the CDQPrima's Front Panel, Select [Common] using the arrow keys and press
"Enter."
- Select [Dig I/F] and press "Enter."
- Using the arrow keys, select [Def I/F] (Define Interface) and press "Enter."
- Select [1] for DIF1, 2 for DIF 2, etc., and press "Enter."
- Using the arrow keys, select the appropriate Interface Type and press "Enter."
Interface Types:
[X.21]* = DIF101 configured for X.21 operation
[RS422] = DIF101 configured for RS422 operation
[V.35]* = DIF102
[TA101] = Internal TA101
[TA201] = Internal TA201
[TA301] = Internal TA301(Includes internal NT1)
* The [X.21XTA] and [V.35XTA] selections are for use with an external
terminal adaptors.

Checking the NT-1, TA101 and TA201,
The following refers to the ATI UT620F and INCCM-NT1 NT-1's. For other brands and
models, refer to the manufacturers unstructions.
- Only the "POWER" LED should be illuminated on the NT1.
- If the red LED (S/T&U) is blinking rapidly (8 times/sec.), the U interface side(ISDN Line)
has a problem.
- If the red LED (S/T&U) is blinking slowly (1 times/sec.), the S/T interface side(TA101) has
a problem.
- If the red LED (S/T&U) is not illuminated, then the NT1 is functioning properly.
Checking the NT-1, TA301
- Looking directly into the TA301 from the rear of the Prima, the green LED should be
illuminated and the yellow LED should notbe illuminated. Any other condition is an error.
